Williamson's 2nd Avenue Bridge is near this Access Site. Park in the grassy area between the flood wall and water plant building (pin site on the map below), then follow the sidewalk down under the bridge and along the base of the business district flood wall. Put in the river anywhere along the walk. The best site is a gently sloped, sandy, beach-like spot ~200 yds from the bridge.
